My passion for leading a healthy lifestyle was first ignited in 2011 when I took my first outdoor boot camp class. After obtaining my personal training certificate and teaching my own boot camp classes, my desire evolved into focusing also on nutrition. I went on to earn my certification as a Holistic Health Coach through Institute of Integrative Nutrition where I nurtured and developed my skills focusing on Personal Training and Health Coaching.
At Synergy Wellness, my passion for health and wellness now incorporates health coaching into my outdoor fitness classes and personal training programs. I believe that when it comes to our health, combining my unique personal style of health coaching and physical training allows my clients to enjoy maximum health benefits.

Though staying fit has looked different throughout the years for me, I believe that movement is key, no matter what it looks like.
