I’ve put together a 20 minute Meal Prep tutorial filled with golden nuggets on how to make meal prep more effective and efficient all while making it easier to get those daily veggies in

 

Healthy Homemade Ice Cream

With a protein powder use 1/2 C of milk / Without a protein powder use 1/4 C of milk (plant based is recommended)

Use 1 scoop of protein powder of your choice / or 2 actual tablespoons of cocoa powder

1 large tablespoon of peanut butter or nut butter of your choice

1 frozen banana and any other frozen fruit you’d like

Blend.
