Where do the Personal Training sessions take place?
At your home or a local park.

What kind of personalization can I expect?
I designs routines around your specific goals, abilities and limitations while appropriately challenging you to achieve physical improvement. As an ongoing client, you will be able to text/call me for personal check-ins and motivation.

When can I expect to see results?
Everybody is different and loses weight/inches, gains muscle and feels better at a different pace. In an average, healthy individual, it is typical to see physical changes within 4-6 weeks with consistent, ongoing effort. Results are determined by a combination of things; 20% is what we do together, 80% is what you do outside of your sessions that will change your physical body. I will be there to help you along your journey.

Do you provide meal plans?
Individual meal plans are not provided however during health coaching sessions basic guidelines to follow for healthy eating are provided.

What if I have to cancel a session?
I understand that things come up. I ask that you give no less than 24 hours’ notice when needing to cancel a Personal Training session. The canceled session will be added on at the end of the package. If needing to cancel within less than a 24-hour period, we allow a one-time makeup per package for emergencies. After that, if a session is canceled under a 24-hour period, it counts as a session.

What is your refund policy?
No refunds, make-ups only for special circumstances. I’m committed to you. You need to be committed to you too.
