The First Steps to Make Change

I’ve been in the health and wellness industry for a decade this Fall and I can tell you this fact, behavior change is hard. It takes conscious effort. There are also setbacks that test your resilience and tenacity.

Over the years I’ve had my own transformations on a mind, body and spirit level and here are the beginning steps that I know work; These 3 steps to transformation are your road map to creating the change you want to see.

1. We need a clear vision for what we want and where we want to go. We also need a clear vision on aspects of the self that need to be released or developed to become a person who would attain that vision. When we get clear on our vision we are creating the necessary awareness of the changes we need to make.

2. We need to pay attention and practice pausing and observing when we find ourselves falling back into our unhealthy habits or behaviors.

3. Once we have step one and step two down, we have now entered a place of higher consciousness, we are now more self-aware. This empowers us to make a different choice. I call it a conscious choice. This is where you take your power back.

These three steps get repeated as often as needed to accomplish the change, leading you to your transformation. I take you through these three steps in detail in my latest free gift called The 3 Steps to Transformation. This is an audio that explains how to apply these 3 steps and also gives you a journal activity that supports you in creating the vision you have for your life. So you get 2 awesome audios for free to help get you started on making your new years goals a reality!
